I am especially passionate about newborn photography. My journey started about 6 years ago, when my son was born, I instantly fell in love with newborn photography. Since then, I photographed hundreds of babies and continue to develop my skills. I am fully insured, qualified and trained in safety when working with newborns. My maternity photography sessions focus on celebrating you and the precious new life you’ve created. It’s rare in life that we take a moment just for ourselves and my photography sessions are really all about that. I create a photography experience where you are encouraged to just be yourself. To help you relax into the session I tailor it for you and incorporate things that make you feel relaxed and centred. Whether that’s listening to your favourite music, meditation, walking through nature, or just having a good old chat.
My newborn sessions centre around your new bubba. We go at their pace, I leave lots of time for nursing, cuddles and nappy changes. You can have your session at home or outside, whichever suits your new family best. Giving you photographs that capture the beauty and simplicity of those early blurry days.
As a mother of two, I know photographs are one of the most precious gifts we can give ourselves and more importantly hand down to our children. Children grow and change, memories become hazy and details dissolve. I’d love to help you capture the love shared between you and your baby and give you lasting photographs, that you will revisit for years to come.
My style is natural and unposed, I don’t use props, costumes or bean bags. I simply want to capture your new family truthfully and give you something you’ll cherish forever.
