New Wimbledon baby on the block!

There’s nothing more lovely than when a client recommends you to their friends and that’s how this session came about.  Their good friends pointed them in my direction for a newborn session with their new baby when she arrived as they wanted natural family photos of all of them as well as some of my ‘organic’ sleeping baby shots I seem to have become well known for!

When your baby is a baby no more

It’s always a bit of a shock to parents when their first born, who still seems so little, suddenly become the big sister or brother of the new baby when they arrive. Those small hands and feet suddenly seem huge compared to the tiny fingers and toes of their brand new sibling and there is almost a little sadness as they realise their first baby is a baby no more, I remember it well.

Sarah and Tim were uber relaxed this time round and their newborn daughter followed suit, sleeping happily as we settled her on the bed for those gorgeous natural and unposed shots that parents love more and more and then introduced the rest of the family for the rest of the session.
